Google Business Profile Management for Local Businesses
Your reviews are 4 stars or better, but you're still not in the Google Maps top 3 for your main service. That's usually a profile problem, not a reputation problem. For $500/month, I manage your Google Business Profile every week so it reflects the business your customers already rate highly.

Built for established local businesses with strong reviews
This service is built for one kind of business: an established local business with a 4-star or higher Google rating that doesn't appear in the top 3 map results when nearby customers search for its main service. If you already have strong reviews, you've done the hard part. The gap is usually the profile itself: categories, services, photos, posts, review replies and consistent business details across the web.
It's not a fit if you're brand new with no reviews yet, or if you're looking for someone to buy reviews or game Google's rules. I won't do either.
Your reputation is strong. Your Maps listing isn't keeping up.
When someone nearby searches for what you do, Google shows three businesses on the map before anything else. Those spots don't charge you per click. If you aren't in them, you're paying for ads to win customers who could have found you for free.
Many established local businesses miss the top 3 even with excellent reviews. The cause is usually fixable profile work, not reputation:
- No posts in months
- Reviews left without a reply
- Few recent photos
- A primary category that doesn't match what the top competitors use
- An empty or thin services section
- Business name, address and phone that don't match across the web
Why the top 3 matter
The map results appear above the regular listings for many local searches, and they're what people tap when they want to call, get directions or visit a website quickly. Being in those three spots doesn't cost per click. Missing them means competing through ads or hoping customers scroll.
Google says it ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. You can't move your building, but you can improve the other two. That's the work I do every week.

Questions
Who is Google Business Profile management for?
Local businesses with a 4-star or higher rating that aren't showing in the Google Maps top 3 for their main service, especially in Jacksonville, Hubert, Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Richlands, Holly Ridge and the rest of Onslow County.
What does $500/month include?
Weekly posts, replies to every new review within 48 hours, answers to new profile questions, monitoring of suggested edits, 8–15 job photos a month, services and category updates, 3–5 directory listings built or cleaned up, a monthly ranking-map scan for 3 keywords, and a one-page report. It covers one location.
Can you guarantee a top 3 ranking?
No. Google decides rankings, and anyone who guarantees a position is overpromising. I guarantee the work and show you a before-and-after ranking map so you can judge the results. If I miss a deliverable in a month, that month is free.
How long until I see results?
Rankings usually take 60 to 90 days to move, which is why I suggest a 3-month minimum. After that it's month-to-month.
Do I have to give you my Google login?
No. You add me as a Manager on your profile. You remain the Owner, keep everything I create, and can remove my access at any time.
